My eBook was a little seed of an idea that turned into a really exciting and rewarding project that I completed over 4 months. It wasn’t until I started writing that I realised quite how much I had to say on plant dyeing; it soon became something much more detailed that I had originally imagined.

I made another batch of avocado dipped-dyed business cards last week which I feel add a special touch to a package of plant dyed goodies.
Trying out new ideas

Playing with botanical watercolour paints
I bought these plant colour paints from Wildcolours and I’ve been enjoying painting patterns and making paper mobiles. The colours I have are woad (blue), madder (red), weld (yellow) and walnut ( brown).
