Indigo daybed

June 10, 2015April 7, 2023 Uncategorized

I dyed a length of fabric for a customer in Brazil a few weeks ago and she was planning on making it into a daybed cover. I just received the photos of the final thing and I love it!

The fabric is a satin weave organic cotton and it was dyed with natural indigo. It’s the biggest piece of fabric I’ve ever dyed; at 3 m in length and 1.6 m in width it was quite tricky to fold up to make the pattern!
